Roanoke Leaf Removal Co. is a DBA of Magnolia Fencing LLC, the company that runs this business and this website. Where this policy says “we,” “us” or “our,” that is who you are dealing with. The same company also trades as Magnolia Fencing for fence work — it is one company, not two.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, the property address, and what you tell us about the yard. If you arrived from an ad, we also record which ad or campaign sent you so we know what’s working.

How we use it

To quote and schedule your leaf cleanup, and to contact you about that request by call, text, or email. We don’t sell your information and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box, you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Roanoke Leaf Removal Co., a DBA of Magnolia Fencing LLC, about your quote and your visit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used to talk to you about your job, and is shared only with the providers who actually deliver those messages for us.

Promotional texts are separate and optional. Agreeing to messages about your quote does not sign you up for offers. Those need their own tick box, and saying no never changes your price or your place in the schedule.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop calls or email — ask and we will stop those too.

Who sees it

Our crew and office, plus the services that run this site and deliver our email (for example, our hosting and email providers).

We also share a limited set of your details with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can measure which ads actually bring us work: your email address, your name and your city, each turned into an irreversible code before it leaves us, along with your device’s IP address and browser type. This happens whether or not you arrived from one of our ads. We never send Meta your phone number, your street address, or the notes you write us.

Cookies and analytics

We use standard analytics and advertising pixels to count visits and measure ads, and you can block those in your browser settings. Some of the same measurement is also sent from our own server, which browser settings cannot block — “Who sees it” above lists exactly what that includes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
