These terms cover the use of roanokeleafremoval.com and the work we do for you. The company behind this site is Magnolia Fencing LLC, trading as Roanoke Leaf Removal Co., of Roanoke, VA.
Quotes and work
A price from this site is an estimate based on what we can measure from your address — your lot lines from the public parcel record, and tree cover from the national forest-service canopy record. It is not a survey. If the yard is materially different from what we measured, we tell you the new price and get your agreement before any work starts, never after. You are free to say no at that point and owe nothing.
Nothing is charged when you book. If you save a card, it is charged after the work is finished. No deposits, and no contract tying you to future visits beyond a season package you chose.
We work Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm. Weather moves schedules — leaf work in particular — and we will always contact you rather than simply not turn up.
Season packages
A season package covers three visits across the fall. You pick the first date; we schedule the remaining visits with you as your trees actually drop, because leaves do not fall on a calendar. All three visits are included in the price you were quoted, and there is nothing further to pay for the later ones. Cancelling a season package cancels its remaining visits.
Text messaging program
Program. Roanoke Leaf Removal Co., a DBA of Magnolia Fencing LLC, sends account and service messages about a quote or a scheduled visit — confirmations, crew-on-the-way notices, reschedules and follow-up questions about your job.
How you opt in. You give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on a form on this site, or on a written estimate we hand you. The box is never pre-ticked and the form cannot be submitted without it. The exact wording you agree to is:
“I agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Roanoke Leaf Removal Co., a DBA of Magnolia Fencing LLC, about my quote and visit. Message frequency varies and msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Consent to service messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Promotional messages are separate and optional. Seasonal reminders and offers require their own, separate tick box. Declining them never changes your price or your place in the schedule.
Message frequency. Varies with your job — typically a handful of messages around a scheduled visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and the messages end. Reply HELP for help, or email leads@roanokeleafremoval.com. Opting out of texts does not stop calls or email — ask and we will stop those too.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is shared only with the providers who deliver the messages for us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our privacy policy explains what we do with the rest of your information.
Your property
You confirm you own the property or are allowed to authorise work on it. Please tell us about anything we cannot see — irrigation heads, invisible-fence wire, septic lids, pets in the yard. We are careful, but we cannot avoid what we do not know about.
